What does the Scriptures have to say about approaching our later life? This seminar will reflect on this topic! It is not just for those who consider themselves at this stage of life, but for everyone as we all will grow old(er).

Speaker: Kyle Essary

BEM KEC Seminars

Date: 7th September 2019

-------------------

The Old Testament regularly speaks of God's promise to Abraham that he and his descendants will live in the Promised Land, how they lived in the Promised Land for a period, and how they were removed due to their sin. Are these eternal promises? Do they merely relate to those who claim to have some form of ethnic lineage? In this seminar, we will take a whole-Bible approach, looking from creation to new creation to explore the role of the Promised Land in this story and rightly place it within the biblical narrative, so that we will draw the right implications today.
